Will I have a dedicated dispatcher?

Yes. Every carrier is assigned a single dedicated W-2 dispatcher who learns your exact preferences: lanes, equipment type, schedule, home time requirements, and rate expectations. No rotating staff.

Welcome to skywaysenterprises.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and logistics dispatch services provided by Skyways Enterprises LLC ("Skyways", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Dispatch Authority

By onboarding with us and requesting dispatch services, you grant Skyways Enterprises LLC the limited power of attorney and authority to:

Contact logistics brokers and shippers on your behalf to inquire about available freight.
Submit your operating authority, insurance certificates, and W-9 files to register you with brokers.
Acknowledge and sign rate confirmations for loads you verbally or digitally agree to book.

2. Carrier Responsibilities

As an onboarded carrier, you agree to:

Maintain active FMCSA operating authority (MC/DOT) and insurance compliance.
Safely execute transportation and delivery of all booked loads in compliance with federal laws.
Provide timely status updates, delays, and proof of delivery (POD) documents to your dispatcher.

3. Payment Terms & Cancellations

Percentage plans are billed at 5% of gross loaded revenue per load. Flat rate plans are billed at $1,500/month per truck. There are no contracts, and you can cancel services at any time with no termination fees.
